Can we meet you without any obligation to book?
Of course, in fact, we’d prefer to discuss your requirements in person. Please call Funmi so we can arrange to meet up and show you more of our work. You can see if we get along, after all, it's important that you feel comfortable with us if we cover your wedding day.

Will you get in the way of the day’s events?
We usually take some formal shots of you and your family during the day, but for most of the time we'll just be blending in with the guests and shouldn't bother you too much. Most people become fairly relaxed about having their photo taken after a few minutes. If you've booked us to take photos of your preparations then you'll be quite used to having us around by the time you leave for the wedding. If you are still feeling a bit nervous, you might think about having a pre-Wedding shoot.

Do you provide wedding albums?
Yes, luxurious hand bound photo books by Booked. You can choose the quantity and style when you book your wedding package or you can decide after you've seen the photos. We price the photography and the albums separately, so you can see how much the different stages cost and make your choice.

Do you carry spare equipment?
Yes, we always carry backups.

Can we get our own prints made?
Yes, you'll get a DVD with all the high resolution images, with colour and density corrections. You can take them to any lab and have them printed.

Can we order prints through you?
You can get prints directly from your DVDs or you can order them through us. The photos on your DVDs will be ready to print. You have the choice of getting prints done yourself, ordering them through us, or doing a combination of both. As guidance, anything that will be placed in an album or a frame is worth ordering through us.

How do we book you as our wedding photographers?
- Call or email us to check our availability.
- Arrange to meet and have a chat. Look at some samples and discuss wedding packages.
- If you decide to book us as your wedding photographers, we ask you for a deposit*. Once payment is received, your date is reserved and you'll receive a receipt for this and confirmation of the details of your package.
- One month before the wedding, the balance becomes due*. Again, we'll send you a receipt.
- Get married and have lots of photographs taken.
- Within six to eight weeks, you will receive your DVDs of all images at high resolution and a selection of the images will be included in a slide show with your choice of songs. With your permission, a selection of photos will be put up on our website,
photo blog, Flickr and facebook page. - If you have ordered an album you will normally receive this within eight to ten weeks.
*Payments are not refundable.

What are the payment arrangements?
We normally ask for two payments: a booking fee for your date and the balance one month before the wedding.

Yes, we use a contract to avoid any possible misunderstandings. It sets out clearly what services you are paying for and our terms and conditions.

Are you fully insured?
Yes, we have professional Public Liability Insurance.
